Mixed Martial Arts

MMA combines various fighting techniques and skills from multiple combat sports. It offers a holistic martial arts experience, enhancing physical fitness, mental toughness, and self-defense skills, suitable for ages 15 and up.

 

Karate

A Japanese martial art focused on kicks, punches, fitness training, and self-defense. At MMA MASTERKICKERS, we teach the Shotokan style of Karate, suitable for ages 3 and up, helping individuals develop confidence and enhance focus.

 

Self-Defense

Learn practical techniques to protect yourself from various threats. Our courses cover hand-to-hand techniques and real-world scenarios, making it ideal for all ages, especially young women.

 

Boxing/Kickboxing

Develop striking skills and cardiovascular fitness through high-energy classes designed for all fitness levels.

 

Fitness Classes

Focus on improving your physical structure and mindset. Classes include flexibility training, strength training, CrossFit, muscle building, weight management, and cardio.

 

Jitsu/Grappling

Zumba

Weapon training

Weapon training is a specialized martial arts practice that incorporates the handling and techniques of traditional weapons, such as staffs, swords, or sticks. It hones hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and refined control over strength and movement. This discipline fosters mental focus, agility, and respect for martial arts heritage, making it suitable for ages 16 and up.
